PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what linecastpicks.com ("Linecast", "we") collects and why. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you request a sign-in link. It is your account login.
- Your plan status: whether you have a subscription, which plan, and when it renews or ends.
- Your Stripe customer ID, a reference that links your account to your Stripe billing record.
- Basic security records: sign-in sessions and short-lived, scrambled (hashed) network addresses used to limit abuse of sign-in. These are deleted automatically.
Card details are handled by Stripe, not by us. Payment happens on Stripe's hosted checkout page; we never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment details you give them.
How we use it
To sign you in, give you the access you paid for, send sign-in links and account or billing emails, and keep the site secure. If you opt in to newsletters, we use your email for those too, and every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Who processes it for us
- Stripe: payments, subscriptions and the billing portal.
- Resend: sends our emails (sign-in links, account notices).
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and its database, protects it from attacks, and provides privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor statistics.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or sportsbooks.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account while it is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing support@linecastpicks.com from the address on your account. We will delete it, except for billing records we must keep by law; Stripe keeps its own payment records under its policy.
Age
Linecast is for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and email subscribers about material changes.
