TERMS OF USE

These terms cover your use of linecastpicks.com ("Linecast", "we"). By using the site or buying access you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What Linecast is

Linecast publishes statistical sports analysis: model probabilities, pick logs that are recorded before each game starts and never edited, graded track records, and backtests. If we sell anything, it is access to this logged statistical analysis, the pick logs and the backtests. That is all a subscription buys.

2. Linecast is not a betting service

Linecast does not accept wagers, hold customer funds, place bets for anyone, or pay prizes, winnings or profit shares. We are not a sportsbook and are not affiliated with any sportsbook. Nothing on the site is an offer to bet, and nothing you pay us is ever wagered or returned as winnings.

Climb the Mountain is a hypothetical, tracked experiment with a paper $10 stake. Nothing is wagered, nothing is paid out, and nobody can pay to enter it. Its dollar figures only measure how model picks did at the prices we logged.

3. No guarantees

Everything on Linecast is for information and entertainment only. It is not betting, financial or professional advice. Sports results are uncertain; models are often wrong. Past records and backtests are not a promise of future results. Any decision you make, including any decision to bet elsewhere, is yours alone.

4. Age

You must be 21 or older to use Linecast. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

5. Prices and automatic renewal

Both plans renew automatically at the same price, charged to the payment method you used, until you cancel. There is no free trial. Prices are in US dollars. If we ever change a price, we will tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

6. How to cancel

Sign in at linecastpicks.com/pro/ and choose Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

7. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give partial or prorated refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.

8. Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to your email account secure. One subscription is for one person; please do not share or resell access, or scrape or republish the paid analysis.

9. Limitation of liability

Linecast is provided "as is" and "as available". Data can be late, missing or wrong, and the site can be unavailable. To the fullest extent the law allows, Linecast is not liable for any losses, including any betting or financial losses, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email subscribers about material changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Linecast and cancel at any time.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless the law requires otherwise.
